Ever since Fresh Gourmet was established, it has shaped and implemented without deviations, a specific policy on assuring the quality of products produced.

This policy which is directed at the production of high-quality products, has brought the company important distinctions, through which the quality of goods produced is officially certified. Fresh Gourmet has been awarded the Quality Assurance Certification ISO 9001: 2000 and the Food Safety Management System SO 22000: 2005. The company is certified by the Eurocert Certification Enterprise.

More specifically, Fresh Gourmet’s Quality Assurance Policy aims at supplying products of invariable quality and at providing services characterized by consistency and a strict adherence to its commitments to Public Bodies and Organisations, as well as to all its clients.

In addition, it places particular emphasis on the choice, use and maintenance of suitable machinery which results both in the production of an invariable and safe product, as well as in the safety of employees during their hours of work.

With the full satisfaction of our clients in mind, we have put priority on the continuous improvement of products and services produced, and on the evaluation of raw materials, based on high-quality specifications. And of course, a large part in the continuous improvement of products produced is played by the continual evaluation, updating and training of the personnel, concerning new improved production methods and the operation of each new piece of machinery.

In the Policies for Quality Assurance and Food Safety Management implemented by Fresh Gourmet, the following key points stand out:
