From 1997 till the present day, Fresh Gourmet with proper planning and programming has shown a successful upward trend. We have managed to create the infrastructure for the production of gourmet products, which not only stand out for their flavour and quality, but at the same time meet the particular dietary needs that are present in our modern lifestyle.

We have managed to earn the trust of many and exacting clients, both in the public as well as in the private sector. And finally, we created the preconditions and foundations for an equally successful course in the future.

Our recognition in the field of mass catering encourages us to work even harder in future. It ‘forces’ us to aim even higher and to be even more severe in self-criticism. In this light we are shaping the vision and values that will lead Fresh Gourmet on the road to success over the next few years.

Our vision is to be the only company to offer an unbeatable level of gastronomic quality and tasty suggestions. Suggestions that while inspired by Greek tradition and hospitality, will at the same time be innovative and compatible with modern reality.

Our mission is to provide our clients with a complete new culinary service in the production and distribution of sweet and savoury dishes, so as to totally meet their needs. We aim to always be one step ahead of our clients and if possible to foresee their needs and meet them to the best of our ability.

The course taken by Fresh Gourmet up to now obliges us, the people of the company, to set our standards high. That is to always request what is absolutely the best, both in quality and innovation in the products offered, as well as in collaboration, workforce and the confidence of society.

Values, such as quality, innovation, respect for Greek hospitality and culinary tradition, ability and responsibility, are for us the key to our activities and their meaning.

With the aim of always making the best better and the quality higher, we work methodically but with imagination, with logic but with sentiment, because food is above all a creation.
